The European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA) was founded in 1998, and supports the regulatory and commercial interests of new entrant telecoms operators, ISPs and suppliers of products and services to the communications industry. ECTA works for a fair regulatory environment which allows all electronic communications providers to compete on level terms in order to multiply investment and innovation throughout an effective European internal market. The association represents the telecommunications industry to key government and EU regulatory bodies and maintains a forum for networking and business development. Websiteprojects, which first developed ECTA site in 2005, was asked in 2009 to rethink and review completely the graphic design of ECTA web presence. To reach the present outlook, the process started from several brainstorming sessions on new concept and site structure, passing through the production of multiple graphic design mockups, then the search and selection of appropriate images to match tag-lines before concluding with content architecture and content migration. |
