Retrieve lost password

If you forgot the password to access the protected pages of your site or your extranet, you can ask the system to generate a new password and have it sent to you via email, instantly. As all passwords are encrypted in the system, is not possible to retrieve your existing password - the only way to proceed is to generate a new password.

To generate a new password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to any protected page of your site or extranet
  2. In the box titled "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD", type either your email address or your first name and family name.
  3. Click the button Submit. Check your email to retrieve your new alpha-numeric password.
Note // To change again your extranet password with something more familiar to you, log on to the extranet and then go to "my profile" (usually at the top of the page) and change your password, data and/or eAlerts.
