This page is dedicated to the use of the Extranet and related functionalities.
How to log in
When you access the Extranet, or a secure page of the site of your organisation, you will be asked to log in. To log in you just have to enter your email address and password or - for versions before August 2009 - your first name, family name and password.

If you lost your password
If you don't remember your password, in any login page you will find the facility (see the picture above) to enter your email and ask the system to send you a new password to your email address. With the new password assigned you will be able to log in and change the password (see below how to edit your profile).
How to edit your profile and set notifications
Once you have logged in the Extranet you will see on the top of each page a Welcome message addressed to you and beside the link to "edit your profile". Click there and you will open a page where you can modify your contact details and eventually set the notifications you want to receive.
In the "edit your profile" page you will be able to modify your data, email address and password of your profile, the system will register these modifications and you will be able to log in afterword with the new email address and password (see picture below).
In the same page where you can edit your profile, you may set the notifications you would like to receive via email every time a new page is published or updated, and select which section of the Extranet you are interested in. The sections listed are the same of listed in the dynamic menu of the Extranet.
How to upload documents
In the Extranet you may have a module to upload documents directly in a given page where the module is. You have to browse the document from the pc you are using, and press the button "Upload document" to make it available for downloading to all Extranet users. When you uploaded a document, the system will display beside the file your name and the date of uploading. Only the user who uploaded a given document can erase it.
