ESY Web Builder can export the pages' content of your website as HTML file, that you can open with any HTML editor or Ms. Word versions 2000 and higher - formatting and images are preserved with the text of the page selected. Alternatively, is it possible to export the pages' content, titles, and other values to Ms. Excel.
To export your pages' content, follow the steps below:
- Logon to ESY Web Builder.
- Click the tab "Import/Export" located at the bottom-right of the interface. The Import/Export screen appears.
- In the area titled "Export PAGES", use the filter options to specify which pages you want to export. For example, to export only pages created by a specific author, select his/her name from the list of authors. When done, click the EXPORT button.
- When done, click the button "Export HTML" to create an HTML file with all your pages' content. The pages will be converted to HTML format and sent to your computer in one file. Multiple pages will be sorted alphabetically in the export process. You will then be able to open or save the file on your PC hard drive.
- Alternatively, click the button "Export Excel" to export pages' contents as raw html, titles, and other values to Ms. Excel.
